Thanks to the collaboration with Prof. Dr. med. Hashim Abdul-khaliq, Innoversa Factory GmbH was able to create an interactive 360° use case at Saarland University Hospital. The tour provides realistic insights into procedures such as preparing for catheter insertion, including pulsating markers, quiz questions, explanatory videos, and digital content. This makes not only the facilities tangible, but also key values of everyday clinical practice, such as patient safety, hygiene, and teamwork.
This concept is part of a holistic approach that combines 360° VR, skills assessment, VR training with real-time skills tracking, and AI-powered interview training. Its aim is to provide lasting support for career guidance, vocational training, and integration through immersive technologies. For hospitals and care facilities, this means innovative tools for attracting skilled professionals, streamlining onboarding, and promoting the inclusion of autistic people at the same time.
