Associate Partners

Associated partners of the project are the NGO Plavi cvijet (Croatia) and SRH BBW Neckargemünd GmbH (Germany).

All project activities focus on the individual needs of autistic people in the context of vocational education and training. This includes choosing a career, completing vocational training, and actively integrating into the labour market. Our goal is to create a fair environment in which equality is firmly established as a fundamental principle. This includes equal rights in the application process, access to long-term employment, and fair working conditions and wages. The use of XR technologies enables autistic people to choose their career and develop skills using simulators before entering the real labour market. In addition to the individual benefits, XR training also has positive environmental impacts.
