Innoversa and SRH Vocational Training Centre Neckargemünd at the Perspektive Beruf event

The “Perspektive Berufe” event offers young adults with special support needs guidance on vocational rehabilitation. Participants gained insights into the educational programs and training occupations available, as well as information about vocational school, vocational preparation, and residential services, and had the opportunity to clarify individual questions. The education sector is undergoing a profound transformation as a result of digitalization and the integration of technology. At SRH Berufsbildungswerk Neckargemünd, this is reflected in virtual learning, the use of digital teaching resources, interactive learning platforms, innovative therapy services, and modern residential concepts. Digitalization projects receive full support at BBWN. This enabled the Managing Director to establish the “tec - Technological Education Center,” a center of expertise for digital research and development, in 2018, with extensive support from managers, colleagues, and trainees. Every day, the team works with key technologies such as extended reality (VR/AR/MR), 360° VR, artificial intelligence, apps, and gaming/gamification, sharing its knowledge with other stakeholders through collaborations and VAmB. Dr. Leila Mekacher would like to thank the marketing team at SRH Berufsbildungswerk Neckargemünd, which consistently gives the “tec team” prominent exposure through posters, flyers, presentations, and guided tours. At the Innoversa Factory booth, visitors tried out the team’s immersive technology and gaming applications, quickly leading to informative conversations about IT careers, career prospects, and training content.
