Innoversa Managing Director Honored as the Eminent Person

Dr. Leila Mekacher feels incredibly honored to have been invited to appear as a keynote speaker at “Eurasia Research” twice this year and to have received “The Eminent Person” award on both occasions. At EnSci Sydney 2024 – International Conference on Engineering & Sciences, held in Sydney on April 24–25, her topic was: “Digital Escape Rooms in Educational Contexts, with a Focus on Digital Technologies and their Pedagogical Applications”. And around a week ago, at EdTec London 2024 – International Conference on Education & Learning Technology, held in London on November 24–25, her topic was: “Innovative Digital Tools for Special and Inclusive Education”. This recognition means a great deal to her and motivates her to continue working in her field with wholehearted passion and to explore new paths. Since making her first contribution to this conference in Dubai in 2018, she has appeared as a keynote speaker every year. Her presentations and specialist articles published through this research network have addressed XR technologies, learning in smart environments, the future, vocational education and training for people with disabilities, as well as the changing world of work and the skills required.
