“Interview Master” is an innovative XR application specifically designed to help autistic people prepare for job interviews in a realistic and structured way. Through immersive training scenarios with individually customizable elements, it provides a safe environment for practice—featuring authentic interview situations, a variety of interviewing styles, and flexible control over the dynamics of the conversation.
Repeated practice in a safe XR environment helps develop key skills and sustainably improves access to the labour market for neurodiverse applicants.
