In the Green ASC VET – Metautism project, we are developing innovative training guidelines and manuals for eight occupations, including welders, forklift operators and laboratory technicians. Supplemented by instructional videos and practical guides, these materials will soon be available free of charge at metautism.eu.
Particularly noteworthy are our 360° VR simulations, which already provide realistic representations of 16 occupations, with the aim of expanding immersive training environments to cover up to 22 occupations. These simulations promote not only vocational skills, but also key competencies such as communication, autonomy, and learning in inclusive settings. The result is a Europe-wide platform that equips vocational education and training professionals with practical tools and helps young people with autism transition into the world of work.
