During the pilot week of the Erasmus+ project Green ASC VET – Metautism and the 5th Perspective on Careers, it became clear just how effective immersive, hands-on learning can be, particularly for neurodivergent people and those with special support needs.
The technologies presented and tested included VR training, 360° career environments, job application simulations, and hands-on simulators for a range of occupational fields. The participants’ remarkable openness, curiosity, and enthusiasm clearly demonstrated the importance of learning formats that provide guidance, foster motivation, and create genuine opportunities for engagement.
