On August 27, 2025, the BEYOND IDEAS – XR in Health event will take place at Mainz University Medical Center, where Innoversa Factory GmbH will present immersive XR simulators live. Attendees can experience applications such as the Virtual Reality Nursing Assistant, Interview Master, and other training solutions for hygiene, patient transport, and operating room scenarios—technologies that sustainably enhance education, onboarding, and skilled workforce retention in healthcare.
In addition to the live demos, the Managing Director will join Sabine Buch to discuss neurodiversity and XR solutions designed to support autistic people as they enter the workforce. She will also present a solution developed in collaboration with Prof. Dr. med. Hashim Abdul-khaliq that can be used in a wide range of healthcare settings—from training and workplace presentations to supporting the next generation of professionals.
